What we collect, and what we do not do with it

Updated 2 October 2026

This page describes how the product actually works, not what we intend. Every retention period below belongs to a task that runs, and every recipient is a service the code calls.

Who processes your data

The platform is operated by the entity whose details appear on the legal notice page: name, legal form, registered office, company number and VAT number.

For any question about your data, write to the contact address on that same page.

What we collect

Nothing is collected that you do not give us, or that running your account does not require.

  • Your account: name, email address, language, password in irreversibly hashed form, and the date you verified your address.
  • If you are a creator: display name, bio, languages you shoot in, niches, the usage you accept, your price and turnaround if you set them, your portrait and your portfolio videos.
  • If you are a brand: trading name and logo, if you set them.
  • Your requests and proposals: the brief, the rights requested, the amounts, the deadlines.
  • Messages exchanged between a brand and a creator about a request.
  • Technically: the IP address and browser of your session, and the date of your last activity.
  • Decisions taken on the platform: the action, what it concerned, its context and its date. This is what lets us account for a decision if it is challenged.

What we do not collect

This is not an intention: the site's security header allows exactly one outside script, the payment one. A tracker added by mistake would be blocked by the browser.

  • No analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker. The site loads none.
  • No bank details. You enter them with our payment provider and they never pass through us.
  • No advertising cookies. The only cookies set are your session and the token that protects forms: without those two you cannot stay signed in. That is why there is no banner to accept.

Who receives it

Service providers, for what we do not do ourselves. No data is sold, rented or handed on.

  • The payment provider: your identity and bank details, which you give them directly, and the amounts of each operation. They are the ones who verify a creator's identity before they can be paid.
  • The hosting of the site and of the application, which store what the platform writes, videos included.
  • The provider of the matching engine, which receives the text of a brief and anonymous profiles: niches, bio, video titles, numbered. Never a name, never an identifier, never an address. The link between a number and a person does not leave the platform.
  • If you choose to sign in with an outside account, that provider passes us your name and email address, and nothing else.
  • If you are a creator and choose to import videos from a social network, that network passes us your public videos and your handle. This connection identifies nobody and stays optional.

For how long

The periods below belong to tasks that run, not to intentions.

  • A deleted video: the file is erased from storage thirty days later.
  • An upload started and abandoned: erased after twenty-four hours.
  • Technical payment events: forgotten after thirty days.
  • The addresses that give access to a file: five minutes to read, one hour to upload. After that they are worth nothing, and a page left open will show a broken image.
  • Your account and what attaches to it: for as long as the account exists. See the deletion page.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, portability, and object to a processing. Write to the contact address in the legal notice.

You can also delete your account yourself: the steps are on the page set aside for it.

What remains to be completed

Three items call for a legal decision and are not here yet: the lawful basis of each processing, whether a data protection officer must be appointed, and the competent supervisory authority. Two retention periods also remain to be settled: that of the decision log, and that of raw files when the option is taken. They are stated as unsettled rather than invented.
