Contracting entity

The group has offices in Brussels, Dubai and Casablanca. All contractual relationships connected to SelfShooty (orders, creator remuneration, invoicing and collection) are entered into with the entity established in Brussels, identified above.

The Dubai and Casablanca offices are not party to those contracts.

Hosting

The site is hosted by the operator named above. Video files and other uploaded content are stored on storage infrastructure located in the European Union.

Intellectual property

The SelfShooty name, logo, visual identity, texts and site architecture are protected. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Video content produced by creators remains governed by the contract between the creator and the brand. SelfShooty acquires no exploitation rights in that content beyond what is necessary to perform the service.

Image rights and consent

No content showing an identifiable person is distributed without written, specific and timestamped consent covering the media, territory, duration and advertising use.

Any alteration of an image or a voice by artificial intelligence requires a separate authorisation, asked for on its own and refusable without consequence.

Personal data

Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The publisher acts as data controller for data collected through the site and the platform.

Data subjects have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercisable at the contact address above. A complaint may be lodged with the competent data protection authority.

Governing law

This site and the contracts arising from it are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher’s registered office, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
